As usual a business trip request has to be handed in.

Accommodation:
Please book the hotel WELL IN ADVANCE YOURSELF by making use of the CERN hotel contingent.
NB: If you miss the deadlines for the CERN hotel contingent or the contingents are not large enough, you will have to search for accommodation yourself (no hotel rooms blocked by PSI).
Train tickets:
Please order your train tickets via the Indico registration form in the left hand menu (PSI gets a 10% discount on the monthly SBB bill)
- Deadline: Wed 16 Aug end of business (the tickets will be sent to you by email within 48 hrs)
NB: If you miss the above deadline please buy the ticket yourself, bearing in mind that for one day trips to Geneva day passes are cheaper than standard return tickets.
