AICI (June 6-7, 2011) and Snow Chemistry Modeling (June 8, 2011) workshops
This workshop will provide a forum to bring together new insights from AICI studies over the last 8 years, including work carried out as part of OASIS, HitT and IPY. The scope of the workshop is processes at the interface between air and ice. Topics for discussion include: snow (photo)chemistry, the role of halogens in polar regions, tropospheric ozone and mercury depletion, and the resulting chemistry of the lower troposphere and upper snowpack.
