Once you are registered you can make your reservation for accomodation directly at the Web Page of the Hotel and Conference Monte Verità, where you are expected to pay via credit card for lodging incl. full board.
Using of the "Conference Code" will allow you to access the reduced bedroom prizes.
Any pre- or post-conference night at the Hotel and Conference Center Monte Verità does not profit from the reduced prices also accompanying persons (APs) do not profit from the reduced prices.
Please note that the number of single rooms at the conference site hotel is limited, therefore if you require a single room, we recommend that you book one well in advance.
Sharing a bedroom with another participant will increase the chances of finding room availability at the conference site hotel. If you have a suggestion for the room sharing, you can indicate a name at the moment of booking.
If you cannot reserve a room at the conference venue (Hotel and Conference Center Monte Verità) or if you decide to arrange your accommodation outside MV, you will still have to book and pay for main meals and coffee breaks on the Web Page of the conference venue.
The cancellation policy for booked meals and bedrooms is dictated by the payment conditions of the Hotel and Conference Center Monte Verità. Those are given on the Hotel Web page at the moment of booking and payment.
The congress organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of, the congress. Registration or accommodation fees do not include insurance.
