Accommodation in the close surroundings of PSI
You are kindly requested to organize your accommodation by your own. Here you find some suggestions of hotels in the nearer surroundings of PSI. May we draw you attention to the fact that Villigen, PSI and Böttstein are not served by public transportation after 8:35 pm (see itinerary). If you plan an arrival on 9 April after 8:35 pm it is advisable to remain in Brugg. In order to possibily profit by a reduction please mention that you are a guest of PSI. Most of the home pages are in German only but be assured all of them can be addressed in English.
Public transportation around PSI
Bus no 376 connects Brugg with Villigen, PSI and Böttstein. It leaves at Brugg train station opposite platform 1 every 30 minutes (x:05, x:35) but ceases after 8:35 pm.Würenlingen can be reached either by public bus no 360 from Brugg or by train. The train station is called Siggenthal Station. If you consider staying in Restaurant Sternen be aware of the walking distance from the train station, it's more than 2 km. The bus stop is called "Post". Continue that road turn to the left at the end of it. The small hotel is located in the curve you see. What applies for bus no 376 applies also for no 360 - no more service after 8:35 p.m.
You can look up all connections on http://www.sbb.ch. Unfortunately, it displays also connections after 8:35 pm even though they do not exist.
