General Terms and Conditions for Sponsoring
- Sponsors have to be register here.
- Allocation of the sponsor packages will be based on first come first served principle.
- Payment can be done online by credit card or bank transfer.
- No refund will be given in case of cancellation.
Liability
- The organisers are responsible for the goods related to the offered sponsoring packages and opportunities only.
- Neither the organisers nor Seeblick Höhenhotel hosting the Regiomeeting can be made liable for any damage occurring in connection with the meeting. It is up to the sponsors to contract insurance against damage of their goods.
Cancellation policy
- Refund policy: No refund will be given in case of cancellation.
- Substitutions will not incur additional costs.
