Single room: CHF 200
Double room: CHF 150
Including room, full board, coffee breaks and meeting fee. Registrations are valid only after payment has been received.
Excursion
The excursion fee is CHF 50 (not included in the meeting fee). It covers bus transportation to Lucerne, the city stroll tour and the guided tour of the Swiss Museum of Transport.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations received up to 2 weeks prior to the meeting start will incur a 20 CHF cancellation fee.
- For cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the meeting start the accommodation costs will not be refunded.
- Substitutions will not incur additional costs.
