Mechanical Discussion

·         Check location of port from laser lab to bunker.

·         Use a 3.6 x 1.5m table (may change). Need to check whether Thorlabs makes non-magnetic tables. Otherwise Newport

·         Beam high 1200mm. Buy standard components, if possible.

·         Position of laser incoupling: 1482 mm minimum to 2250 maximum. Tom prefers 2250 mm if possible. Maybe before the chirping cavity at ~600 mm from cathode

·         Mirror out of vacuum is preferred.

PSYS

·         Pipe between table and gun. Needs to be connected to PSYS.

·         Performance level E: PLE safety

·         RF generator to run the RF when oscillator off.
