TR: power supplies are beeing ordered, calibrated supplies required? ; visit at company for custom electronics connectors etc. with LV and Frank Schumacher; we need multi twisted pair cables, cables of the company not suitable, too large ; small number of custom connectors can be ordered to fit our micro twisted pair cables
AS: get micro twisted pair cables from companies that CMS used (boundles) and hand it to the company to find a custom connector solution
AS: maybe direct soldering the micro twisted pair cables is the best solution instead of a plug
TR: set up meeting to discuss this matter with experts and discuss options: rigidity, connector side
AS: soldering to interposer is baseline(?) ; connector makes things more modular
TR: I need brass screws, to attache the inner tracker to the beam pipe --> 400€ (custom made)
TR: do we need to check magnetic properties of the brass screws (magnetic susceptibility)?
AS: need to measure or get the number from the company, but due to the ammount of material this is mostlikely not to worry about.

AS: need to reduce an under stand the noise to use the full range. 50mW was achievable on previous chips.
HA: largest difference is the externally controllble cascode voltage, this might be the main culprit here
AS: does the extrenal voltage create the noise
BW: is not coupled in through this transistor but determined by the level apllied to the transistor
AS: needs lab investigation and discussion with Ivan
AS: what did you change to the last time to achieve the higher efficiency?
AM: new time cuts etc. fixed some issues in the tracking.
