      Stefan:

      • Presentaition: summary AmpOut measurements
        • observed problem: for different amplitudes the fall rate is not constant
          • discussion on how to fit the falling part best... define the best part of the curve for the linear fit
        • next steps: limited time, therefore only one/two more parameter scan -> suggestion VNFB or VNOut

      Luigi:

      •  Presentation: Break down voltages/ I-V curves for plasma etched MuPix10
        • results are not promesing -> comparison to old results from Dohun -> current rises earlier
        • no low voltage was applied for the measurement

      David:

      • Presentation: Observation of plasma etched MuPix10
        • measured the backside via afm microscope
        • structures in the scale of 200nm height and 2um width was found (sensors with plasma etching)
        • Idea to remove these structures: Wet etching
          • Luigi will try to gather more informations
        • Heiko: these result point out that for thin sensors the depletion zone reaches the chip backside (compared to erarlier results which hint that there is alarge contribution of charge collection via diffusion)
          • meaning higher HV will not increase the collected charge
          • but leakage current (noise) should decrease, thermal runaway and maybe higer HV is needed to fully depled pixel corners
        • discussion: how coudl this be studied further and how it should influence MuPix11 submission
        • Idea for next steps:
          • afm image of non plasma etched sensor
          • try wet etching
          • try menual polishing/destruction of certain areas of the backside to see with uv light if the leakage current increases there

      Annie/ Dohun:

      • last week on testbeam
        • goal of testbeam: lhcb pepole get to know how to handle sensor/telescope
        • managed to take some date and do some scans
          • performance with different temp -30°C, -20°C, room temp
          • i-v curve for different temp
          • power consumption: <100mA different between  room temp and -30°
          • again lagre clusters where observerd (like at DESY and PSI), reduced at low temp

      Benjamin:

      • prepairing to include the ethernet connection to the new Telescope FEB-SCSI PCB

      Jakob:

      • writing on his thesis
      • try to get a model for pixel and charge collection

      Jan:

      • first AtlasPix3.1 on PCB, will test this later the day
      • testing cooling setup with run2020 insert

      Luigi:

      • besides the i-v curves, tries to revive the tuning algorithm

      Plans for upcoming testbeam

      • if thin sensors should be tested, they need to be cooled -> cooling setup should be done
      • Who goes there? Lot of people are in holyday
        • SiFi guys are also arround
