      1. Diddi presentation: upgrade plan of the telescope

      a. ideas

      - keep the same hardware (motherboard, single setup)

      - new adapter card (benni ongoing), NIM-like time reference as before

      - new TLU interface using HDMI

      b. new readout option 

       - gigabit ethernet interface: readout optical links and receiving PCIe card

                                             allows usage even with a laptop

       - software and hardware development is starting

      c. establish

       - new sensor motherboard: reduce I/Os, improvement of power management, microprocessor or 

                                            similar on-board/mountable, need your ideas.

      d. general questions 

       - how many FEBs will be needed, how many new QSH-SCSI adapter cards

      e. discussion

       - Andre : can we produce more old motherboards? how long do we use the old motherboards?

       - David : I am not sure how many motherboards we have. More or less, we have motherboards enough for us. 

       - Andre : For the others, I think we have to produce 5 or more.

      2. Testbeam at PSI

       a. What we have to test

       - why different Efficiency between different thicknesses and resistivities.

       - David : repeat with thin sensors with the same temperature. We can use Jan's cooling setup.

       - Preparing: gas at PSI, cooling box test, sensors, tunning


      3. Round table

       a. Andre : considering collaboration meeting 

       b. Benni : doing PCB design. AllPix2 workshop. 

       c. Daniel : New master student. Welcome.

       d. David : AllPix2 workshop

       e. Heiko : Yesterday's meeting. Adding backside-> P-doping to cover cracks. Temperature circle.

                    50um sensor depleted fully with a high voltage of -20V. A polishing step is needed.

          Andre : we have to see sub-pixel efficiency.

       f. Jan : AP3 bounded and tested. one doesn't work. one doesn't have an 8b/10b error, but Baseline                doesn't work exactly. 

       g. Jakob : writing the thesis.

       j. thomas : Analysis with Martin and Marius. He cooling setup with Si-heater
