      • Report testbeam by David:
        • Start alignment of scintillators and sensors before measuring
        • Nitrogen gas system installed, temperature stable
        • Some high rate issues with buffer -> discussed private with Heiko and Sebastian
        • HV scans for 100um, 50, 60, 70, 80 um
        • Test of tuning planned
        • Test of 20 Ohm cm requested
        • HV limit at 120 V wished for comparability
        • Logging of HV and temperature
        • IV measurements for internal TDiode should be taken
      • Presentation Stephan about results Allpix2 simulation
        • Slides will be uploaded
        • Peak at the end of the spectrum on first slide?
        • Shift of the peaks pixel to pixel variation
        • Cluster size mismatch not geometrical, but xtalk  -> compare after ToT cut
        • 2 parameters in cluster size plot: slope suits well, adjust ratio clustersize 1 and 2
        • -> compare to DESY data
        • Implement pixel-to-pixel variations? -> gaussian noise already implemented
        • Vary gain/threshold in simulation
      • Round table:
        • Annie: testbeam – nothing else
        • Alena: update on HitPix1
          • Laser scans with non-ISO and ISO
          • ->line routing is visible on non-ISO and also ISO
          • Also back illumination done -> full pixel sensitive only for ISO
          • Laser wavelength not known today (red or IR?) ->904 nm
          • Is red/IR absorbed in the sensor?
          • Signal obtained from the AmpOut
          • -> contact person, who has done the measurements
          • Production of more ISO no problem
          • Test structures would be nice
          • Requests for purer CMOS possible -> ask for confirmation of further offering

          • Finished pin table for FEB
          • Next step: create script for pin assignment and program FPGA

          • In contact with OPTM for polishing thinning -> pessimistic
          • Cleaning would be needed
          • Not checked for DISCO -> ALICE does this there
          • Order MuPix10 wafers or submit MuPix11 soonish -> would be possible
          • Submission possible in October
          • More than two wafers for testing of thinning available (two at institute)
          • High priority: Why does MuPix10 not perform as it should?
          • Need to know: Inefficiency in the corners or homogenous?
          • Question: Is recombination a problem?
          • Simulation possible in Allpix2
          • Charge trapping in cracks on the backside? -> no indication for this, since not deep enough
          • Possible: Global inefficiency due to temperature variations
        • Jakob: writing thesis
        • Jan:
          • Working with AtlasPix3 -> some problems with configuration
          • Solved by reconfiguration -> Dohun had same problem
          • Test unirradiated MuPix10 later
          • Waiting for shipping of bonded sensors

          • Working on adapter card
          • RutherfordLab has problems with the GUI -> requested hit out of range in threshold scan for run2020 in dev_main

          • Proposal of Mainz for testbeam (last week of September) for just one DUT for high rates

          • Mainz testbeam: look for charge up effect, probably not much to learn
