1 First commissioning results from the HERO upgrade of the Athos beamline

The first part of the Athos seed-laser upgrade, called HERO, was completed in April of this year. In the following months, a first round of commissioning experiments was performed to demonstrate the capabilities of the new setup. In this report, we give a summary of the results from this first commissioning experience.
