Michael:

Small things:

Neutron time offsets --> Works well, relatively large offset, but not much difference between NU03 and ND03, might be for a big part coming from the definition of the trigger time for this pulse

Calibration --> Implemented suggested change (fit from -1.5 sigma), which works quite alright. Some improvement still needed

ELET:

Finished (?) optimizing ELET parameters for the BEGE detectors and made delayed electron cut.

Looks quite alright. About 10-20 ns sigma (5-10 ns for others). Small amount of large time tailing, but looks ok. Ge04 is the worst one, and there only >10% of the events seem to be in this delayed broad peak

If its good enough --> Fix time offsets and wrap up timing parameters altogether

Tree writing:

Basic tree writer seems to be working

Still need to implement writing waveforms --> Maybe push to the main branch somewhere next week?

Katharina:

Made an analysis module that works for the SDD

Energy calibration:

Fitting peaks with constraints (intensities from databases)

Fits work well, though internal structures are unresolved

Some unidentified peaks, mainly with the Np --> Most likely X-ray fluorescence of some surrounding material (Ti, Cu, ...)

Stella:

Writing thesis

Investigation of systematics of the quadrupole extraction

Moving towards wrapping up Cm

Thomas:

Nuclear polarization:

Went to the manaslu meeting

Talked with Sophie Péru from CEA Bruyères-Le-Chatel --> Developed a new QRPA code that can calculate wavefunctions

Might be a very interesting input for Natalia's calculation! --> Thomas will put them in contact

There are minutes attached to this event. Show them.
