The registration fee includes: Attendance to the conference Hotel room for 5 nights (arrival Sunday 30/9, departure Friday 5/10), with breakfast All lunches and dinners (dinner on Sunday 30/9 is included, but lunch on Friday 5/10 is not) Gala dinner Coffee breaks Welcome drink on Sunday Abstract book Registration fee (per person) for accompanying participants (guests) 1’000.- CHF hotel and full board accommodation (lunch and dinner) This registration fee includes hotel room for 5 nights (with breakfast) and all lunches and dinners (see above for details). 600.- CHF hotel only (including breakfast) This registration fee includes only hotel room for 5 nights (with breakfast) (see above for details). We take care of arranging your accommodation for the 5 nights of the conference. The number of single rooms at the conference site hotel is limited. Therefore, if you request a single room and the conference venue hotel is fully booked, your room will be booked in another hotel nearby. Sharing a bedroom with another participant will increase the probability of being booked at the conference venue hotel. Extra pre- and post-conference nights are under the responsibility of the participant and are not included in the booking organized by us. About 2 weeks before the conference you will receive from us the information on the hotel where your room is booked. Credit Card Payment For payments by credit card, please use the secure transaction link presented at the end of the registration process. The payment service is powered by Saferpay and runs with SSL-encryption. Credit cards accepted are: Visa and Mastercard. Cancellation policy Cancellation must be communicated by email to Stefanie Whale(stefanie.whale@psi.ch). The date of the email counts as cancellation date. Refunds are possible as follows: Conference costs (500.- CHF): NOT refundable Hotel + full board fee: until 15 days before the conference: 70% of the accommodation fee is refunded. 15 days to 48 hours: 30% of the accommodation fee is refunded. 48 hours and later: 10% of the accommodation fee is refunded. No show without cancellation notice: no refund. By registering and paying your fees, you accept all the above terms and conditions.
