A brief introduction to Additive Manufacturing (AM) as a concept, general information on the AM technologies as well as benefits and disadvantages will be given that are associated with AM. State-of-the-art and latest trends in AM and AM technologies usage in the accelerator community.  Also, our (I.FAST, Innovation Fostering in Accelerator Science and Technology, project task 10.2) progress with the AM-built Radio Frequency Quadrupole will be shown.
