Andreas:
Nupecc long range plan: Andreas in fundamental interactions panel; Thomas and Sayani in applications panel
Co-56 source from PSI or ETH should be ready for the MIXE campaign in May
Been in contact for a module to transfor the reset pre-amp (SDD) to regular waveforms --> Andreas will follow up on this
Michael:
Can't use Co-60 lines, we most likely forgot to remove the low activity source for gain drift monitoring
Efficiency curves look quite nice, except miniball --> Lead lines disagree, most likely from lead calibration plate on top of the muon veto (even with subtraction from time equivalent period at negative times)
Recalibration: 1 bin per keV in standard histogram --> Very few bins per peak. Adjusted the germanium analysis module to get 4 bins per keV and incorporated a short resampling part to avoid finite bin effects --> Michael will follow up on this
Stella:
TUM germanium detectors will be shipped back to Munich next week. They should return in time for the MIXE campaign in May
Katharina:
Preparing for talks and writing doctoral plan
Andreas:
In talks with Razvan (IDS, ISOLDE) for the shipping of germanium detectors. We'll be able to borrow 2 100% coax detectors and 1-3 tigress type clovers --> Great for the radium!
Talks with MIXE on setup improvements: Cabling, autofill, airflow for digitizer, ...
Frederik:
Invited to the ILL conference on capture and gamma spectroscopy. Previously invited during the covid summer, but nobody was able to go in the end
Thomas:
Will be giving a talk at the IOP nuclear physics conference in York to talk about muX
