Description

Abstract:
Quantitative genetics aims at discovering the relationships between genotype and complex traits like diseases. The Human genome has millions of possible genotypes, and big studies include hundreds of thousands of volunteers. How to answer nuanced statistical questions using these big datasets is the subject of this talk.
