The meeting will commence at 14:00 (optional Lunch from 13:00) on the first day and end by about 12:00 on the third day. Please be informed that the meeting is organised as in-person meeting and your participation is highly appreciated. Remote connection will be provided in exceptional cases when members that cannot attend in person

Participants are asked to send their materials to be discussed during the meeting to the NEA Secretariat in electronic format before the meeting in order to make them available on the Project website.
