Description

In this CMT journal club seminar I will present an overview of what is known and what remains to be understood about spin transport in the XXZ Heisenberg model, with a focus on the isotropic point, which features superdiffusive dynamics long believed to be in the KPZ universality class. I will mostly discuss the experimental paper [1] (together with theoretical and numerical works, reviewed in [2]) and contrast it with recent claims [3] running against the conclusions of [1].
