Accommodation

A contingency of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Centurion Towerhotel, situated in Brugg. In order for us to finalise the hotel room bookings, please kindly fill in the registration form. |
Dinner
 |
The PSAC dinners will take place at different locations in Brugg or in the vicinity of PSI. Please kindly inform us about any dietary requirements in the registration form. |
Refreshments / snacks
 |
A selection of coffee, tea, soft drinks, fresh fruits and snacks will be provided during the breaks. A buffet lunch will be served during your stay. |
Travel support
 |
If you would like us to assist you with flight tickets bookings, please kindly contact Elizabeth Bianchi on psd-admin@psi.ch, indicating your desired flight schedule and attaching a copy of your passport or travel ID and your Frequent Flyer number where applicable. We shall send you your electronic tickets (air/train) by email approximately 10 days prior to your departure. If you are making your own travel arrangements, please kindly send us your itinerary to psd-admin@psi.ch so we can issue train tickets from Zurich airport to the Centurion Towerhotel in Brugg upon your arrival and also inform the hotel about your check-in time. Any additional travel expenses will also be refunded. All receipts should be sent to psd-admin@psi.ch as a pdf-file. |
