 ings together experts and users in the fields of soft X-ray detectors and 
 high-Z sensor technologies for a comprehensive five-day event (12 - 16 Jan
 uary 2026).\nThe first three days will focus on the latest advancements in
  soft X-ray detection\, addressing key challenges and innovations in senso
 r technologies\, detector performance enhancement\, and various applicatio
 ns in photon science. \nIn the final two days\, the workshop will transit
 ion to the traditional High-Z Sensor Workshop (HIZPAD)\, which will delve 
 into the development and application of high-Z detectors for hard X-rays. 
 Presentations will cover the latest developments in high-Z sensor fabricat
 ion and characterization\, encouraging discussion between the participants
 .\nThis joint event will foster collaboration between researchers from div
 erse fields\, encouraging cross-disciplinary exchange and the identificati
 on of new opportunities for synergy between soft X-ray and high-Z sensor t
 echnologies. \nRegistration for the two workshops is separate\, and atten
 dees have the option to participate in either one or both workshops.\n\nht
