DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Philippe Corboz (Amsterdam)\n\nThe Shastry–Sutherl
and model provides an effective description of the layered material SrCu2
(BO3)2\, which exhibits a very rich phase diagram as a function of pressur
e and magnetic field. In this talk\, I will discuss recent progress in the
numerical study of this system using infinite projected entangled-pair st
ates (iPEPS)\, a tensor network ansatz for representing quantum states dir
ectly in the 2D thermodynamic limit. I will show how iPEPS has provided ne
w insights into the fascinating properties of SrCu2(BO3)2\, including its
intriguing sequence of magnetization plateaus\, supersolid phases\, and a
  finite-temperature critical point. Finally\, I will present recent high-p
recision iPEPS results that reveal a narrow quantum spin liquid phase betw
een the plaquette and antiferromagnetic phases\n\nhttps://indico.psi.ch/ev
