Join the OpenEM User Workshop 2026.

Learn how to archive, share, and publish electron microscopy datasets following data management best practices and following FAIR principals (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable). The service is available to users of ETHZ (ScopeM), EPFL/UNIL (DCI-L and LBEM), UNIBAS (BioEM), UNIBE (DCI-B), UNIGE (DCI-G), PSI (EMF), and Empa (EM Center), and the workshop is open to all. Get hands-on experience with archiving in the PSI Data Catalog, sharing datasets, what metadata to preserve, and how to publish data either directly or in EMDB.
