Dear Sirs,

I agree with referees remarks. So, I corrected my manuscript to make it more clear.
1. I added a short description of a "scale" phase transition in the Introduction.
2. I made necessary comments on sizes of domain walls in ordinary ferromagnets.
3. I argued the statement about nondiffusion muons in intergrain regions of films.
4. I added omitted expressions for dipolar fields in ferromagnets to make the text more readable, because a volume of the manuscript satisfies the restrictions.
5. I made references 10-14 more correct. 
6. Unfortunately, the reviewer had a draft version of the manuscript which I could not remove from my downloads. I would like to send him my apologies. In the final version Refs. 17-18 are absent.
