Working group for SwissFEL operation panels and tools.

• Alarm Handler
  • RF alarms are now filtered using the RF mode: alarms originating from inactive stations (e.g. shutdown mode) are automatically cancelled. This information should be passed on to the operators.
  • A set of laser alarms are now included in the ALH. A dedicated panel has been created. Need to be updated with links to guidance webpages.
  • MPS level 2 and PSYS are covered. The MPS should be updated to avoid generating alarms when the switching magnets are cycled.
  • DRPS should be included too. Underway.
• A panel is in preparation to help the communication between the control room and users (photonics team). This include posting of messages (inspired from SLS) and a status overview panel showing information relevant to users. This second part could be used as intranet SF overview panel. 
• BLM/LLM applications
  • A meeting will take place with HLA group.
  • The BLM/LLM controls will go through an update. This may have implications for the BLM app. To be checked with FL.
• Need to review the HLA list and activities. Who is doing what? Action Didier and Christoph.
• Synoptic viewer: on hold for the moment. Still should be brought to some usable state.
