Welcome!

Welcome to the workshop “Frontiers in Artificial Spin Ice” held on February 6th-8th 2019 in Bad Zurzach, Switzerland. This workshop, funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation, aims to bring together the key players in the field of Artificial Spin Ice and related areas in order to explore recent advances, open questions and new avenues in this research field.

The venue of the workshop is the Thermalquellen Resort in the peaceful town of Bad Zurzach, where you can enjoy great food and relaxing thermal baths. The town is located close to the Paul Scherrer Institute in Villigen, as well as the city of Zurich.

IMPORTANT: For participants in the need of a VISA in order to travel to Switzerland, please contact the conference administration Margit Braun-Shea (margit.braun-shea@psi.ch) so she can arrange an invitation letter for you.
