Peer-Coaching for PhDs & Postdocs

Series of online peer-coaching groups for employees at different organizational levels (managers, nonmanagerial employees, PhDs and Postdocs) in order to provide ongoing assistance and support to employees who are parents.

The peer-coachings are held with ZOOM, the enrolled participants will receive the link shortly before the session.

A registration is mandatory and can be done by filling the following form. Due to the limitation of seats, we would like you to register for only one peer-coaching.

If the peer-coaching is fully booked, please contact us here and tell us if you are a PhD/postdoc, a nonmanagerial employee or a manager. We will then open the waiting list and contact you if there is a place available.
