We have pre-reserved some rooms at the following hotels between Apr. 4th(arr) and 8th(dep). Please check your hotel request on the regstration form.

• Suigetsu hotel Ohgaisou (10,625JPY/night for single, 12,125JPY/nijght for twin for single-use, without meals, western-style room): 18 rooms
• Sanjo-kaikan (dormitory at Hongo-campus, 4,300JPY/night, western-style room): 8 rooms
• Mukougaoka Faculty House (dormitory at Hogo-campus, 4,500-5,900JPY/night, western-style room) 8 rooms

N.B. The hotels in Tokyo will be very crowded in the week for the workshop for several reasons incl. cherry blossoms and the beginning of the fiscal year. So you should make a reservation as soon as possible if you do it by yourself.
