PAL XFEL porject is aiming to produce 0.1 nm coherent X-ray laser to photon beam users. In order to produce such photons, there are 10 GeV electron linac based on S-band normal conducting accelerating structures and 150 m long undulator system. The project is already started in April 2011, and is expeteced to be completed its construction by the end of 2014, and the commissioning will be carrried out in 2015. Currently, the geological inspection is being taken place to confirm the location and the elevation of the accelerator building. In this talk, I will introduce the project in general, in-house development of subsystems, and the building plan.
