A PSI-FELLOW program event for PSI's PhD students and postdocs
The PSI-Fellow-III program board is hosting a Career Symposium where early career scientists, both from academia and industry, will talk about how they transitioned from their PhD/Postdoc work to their current work. We will also hold separate discussion panels for industry and academia where students will have an opportunity to ask career- and research-related questions.
The aim is to help current PhD students and postdocs get a better idea of how to prepare oneself for the next stage of their career by seeing how someone of a similar background navigated the path towards success. There will also be a “sandwich-lunch” where you will have a chance to network with some of the speakers in a more casual setting.
