All workshop participants (including speakers) must submit a workshop registration for in order to attend.
Early Registration Fee
Participation at the workshop is at 800 CHF, including coffee breaks as well as the workshop dinner.
Regular Registration Fee
Participation at the workshop is at 900 CHF, including coffee breaks as well as the workshop dinner.
Student Registration Fee
Participation at the workshop is at 400 CHF, including coffee breaks as well as the workshop dinner.
Accompanying Person
You have the possibility to invite an additional person to the workshop dinner at the price of 100 CHF.

If you make an individual payment for only one participant, please mention: "FLS23+ name of participant" in the payment comments.
If your institution wants to make a joint payment for all participants, please mention: “FLS23 + family name of all participants” in the payment comments and inform silvia.bacher@psi.ch.
If you make a payment for an industrial exhibitor, please mention: "FLS23 + name of company + name of participant" in the payment comments.
Bank Transfer Payment Deadlines
We expect payment of the participants not later than 5 days after the deadline (early/late registration).
Payment of industrial exhibitors and sponsors is expected not later than 10 days after registration.

Cancellation
All refund requests must be done by email to silvia.bacher@psi.ch as soon as possible.
The Local Organization Committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or total of the fee depending on the date of cancellation.
In general, cancellations until June 12th, 2023, can expect full reimbursement minus a CHF 50.- administration fee.
Each case of cancellation will be considered individually.
Exclusion
Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, FLS23 is unable to accept any registrations from any organizations based in Russia or Belarus until further notice. This applies to both individual and exhibitor registration.
