All workshop participants (including speakers) must submit a workshop registration in order to attend.
Early registration fee
Participation at the workshop is at 780 CHF, including coffee and lunch breaks as well as the workshop dinner on Wednesday. The dinners on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at the Parkhotel and the apéro on Sunday evening is also included in the fee.
Regular registration fee
Participation at the workshop is at 880 CHF, including coffee and lunch breaks as well as the workshop dinner on Wednesday. The dinners on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at the Parkhotel and the apéro on Sunday evening is also included in the fee.

Bank transfer payment deadlines
We expect payment of the participants not later than 5 days after the deadline (regular/late registration).

Cancellation
All refund requests must be done by email to silvia.bacher@psi.ch as soon as possible.
The Local Organization Committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or total of the fee depending on the date of cancellation.
In general, cancellations until July 1st, 2024, can expect full reimbursement minus a CHF 50.- administration fee.
Each case of cancellation will be considered individually.
Exclusion
Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, IMMW23 is unable to accept any registrations from any organizations based in Russia or Belarus until further notice. This applies to both individual and exhibitor registration.
