(3) Each participant is required to guarantee the notified reservation by providing credit card details

(4) Cancellation of reservations confirmed by guests and guaranteed by credit card may take place
•no later than 7 days before the date of arrival. In the case of a later cancellation, as well as
•non-arrival of the guest (no show), the guest will be charged for the cancellation for all unused nights.
(5) Payment will be settled by guests directly at the hotel by cash or credit card.
