Early registration fee
Participation at the workshop is at 570.00 CHF incl.TVA for the attendance of the full week (SMTF+IDSM). This total fee includes registration, welcome reception on Sunday, catering for coffee breaks as well as the official workshop dinner on Wednesday. It also includes lunches (Mon-Fri) as well as dinners on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at the Parkhotel.
Regular registration fee

Cancellation
All refund requests must be done by email to nadja.zingg@psi.ch as soon as possible.
The Local Organization Committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or total of the fee depending on the date of cancellation.
In general, cancellations until February 15th, 2025, can expect full reimbursement minus a CHF 50.00 administration fee.
Each case of cancellation will be considered individually.
Exclusion
Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, SMTF and IMDS are unable to accept any registrations from any organizations based in Russia or Belarus until further notice. This applies to both individual and exhibitor registration.
