ENRICH Health: 4RI Onco-Day
The 4 ETH Domain research Institutes: Empa, Eawag, PSI and WSL -will be holding a one day exchange, networking and collaboration event for scientists and researchers at PSI, Villigens, on 25 March 2025.
Aims
• to make medical research of the 4RI more visible and to involve the clinical research partners
• to gain an overview of actual oncology related activities of leading Swiss hospitals with contributions of the 4RI
• to enable networking amongst key players within the field of cancer diagnostics and therapy
• to identify possible topics for joint proposals for cancer research projects
Programme
The comprehensive programme will feature keynote talks from clinicians from KSB (Hans Jürg Beer), Uni Bern (Valentin Djonov), KSSG (Lukas Flatz), CHUV (Niklaus Schäfer) and USZ (Anna Bettina Sobottka-Brillout) and project presentations from Lab Heads, Research Group leaders and PhDs from the 4 RIs focusing on:
- Radiation Therapy
- AI & diagnostics
- Theranostics
There will also be a guided tour of the PSI Center for Proton Therapy.
