Registration deadline: February 6, 2026
The meeting should be attended by all researchers. The minimum per WP is a person from each institution involved.
The internal meeting's objectives are to
- Provide researchers with an opportunity to meet informally and formally to foster integration
- Work together on Monitoring Report task Y2-G-4 “Think outside the box”: come up with and investigate possible external shocks regarding possible future policy developments, to gain a wider picture of what could happen and how the system would react
- Kickstart annual report Y3: all WPs present and discuss research highlights in reporting period July 2025 – June 2026.

Cost: the participants use WP budget for travel and hotel room cost: the latter is CHF 135 for a night with single occupancy, including breakfast, and CHF 90 for double occupancy. There are 40 rooms so please consider sharing. You can name a person.
All other costs are covered by the consortium.
Presentations:
Each WP will have 45 minutes to present their research highlights in the current reporting period (July 2025 to June 2026). The presentations should give an overview of the WP goals and how they relate to the goals of the consortium, presented to a non-expert audience. The highlights should summarize the WP outputs since July 2025 (notable research results, milestones and deliverables reached) and outcomes (how do the outputs add towards the consortium goals). End with a slide summarizing planned next steps.
The research outputs can be presented either by individual researchers, e.g., giving young researchers the platform, or as a team production. Please send the presentations and the presenters' names and affiliation to the management team by the end of April.
