The submission period is open until the submission deadline.
500-word abstract: Your abstract should be a concise, self-contained summary of your work. Accepted abstracts are published in the conference Book of Abstracts, so please follow the guidelines below.
All submissions MUST contain:
- Complete title
- Complete listing of all authors and their affiliations
- A self-contained abstract, limited to 500 words
- Contribution type (Oral / Poster / Invited)
Formatting for the Book of Abstracts:
- Use plain text; write formulae in LaTeX math mode between dollar signs, e.g. $E = mc^2$
- Do not paste images into the abstract text
Optional figure (at most ONE per abstract):
- Attach it as a separate file: vector PDF preferred, or PNG/JPG at 300 dpi or higher
- It must stay legible when printed at 8 cm width (single column)
- Provide the figure caption in the "Figure caption" field; do not put the caption in the abstract text
- Abstracts with more than one attached figure will have only the first one printed
Workshop allocation: you do not need to choose a workshop — the Program Committee will allocate each accepted abstract to the appropriate workshop/session.
