The registration page is open from 28.04.2014 through 01.09.2014 extended to 19.09.2014. Payments are only accepted by credit card and cannot be processed before filling the registration form. Registration is complete when the conference fees are received.
Registration fees
The accommodation fees cover hotel booking (room and breakfast) for the period of the conference (four nights, arrival on Sunday, 02 November, departure Thursday, 06 November).
The workshop fees and fees for an accompanying person cover all administration fees (organization, invited speaker, etc.), transportation to and from the conference site, coffee breaks, welcome drink, conference dinner and all regular meals (4 lunchs, 3 dinners). Futher a guided tour to the history of the site is included.
We wish to arrange your accomodation, but should you still prefer to arrange your accomodation on your own and wish to book meals, coffee, conference dinner etc., please let us know and we will arrange an appropriate fee for your case.
The workshop organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to workshop participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of the workshop. Registration or accomodation fees do not inlcude insurance.

Cancellation Policy
- Until 15 days before the conference: 70% of the fees (accommodation & registration) are refunded.
- 15 days to 48 hours: 30% of the fees (accomodation & registration) are refunded.
- 48 hours and later: 10% of the fees (accomodation & registration) are refunded.
