On Tuesday afternoon, 27.10.2015, the meeting takes place at the Paul Scherer Institute (PSI) in Villigen. There is a transport organized. Please visit https://indico.psi.ch/internalPage.py?pageId=4&confId=3409 for detailed information.
The photonics working will be held in the meeting room OSGA/EG06 where as the accelerator working group will be held in the meeting room WHGA/001. Please find a map of PSI here in pdf.
Visa Information
Please visit the website of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs to check whether you need a visa to enter Switzerland. We will be able to provide an invitation letter for your visa application. From Zurich Airport (Zürich Flughafen)- Take the S-Bahn Line 2 (towards Ziegelbrücke) or Line 16 (towards Meilen) as far as Oerlikon station. From Oerlikon Nord station take bus no. 80 (towards Triemlispital) as far as the “ETH Hönggerberg” stop
From Zurich Central Station (Zürich Hauptbahnhof)
- Take the S-Bahn (Lines 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 14, 16) to Oerlikon station. From Oerlikon Nord station take bus no. 80 (towards Triemlispital) as far as the “ETH Hönggerberg” stop
- Take Tram no. 11 (towards Auzelg) as far as “Bucheggplatz”. From there, take bus no. 69 (towards ETH Hönggerberg) as far as the terminus “ETH Hönggerberg”
- Take Tram no. 14 (towards Seebach) as far as “Milchbuck”. From there, take bus no. 69 (towards ETH Hönggerberg) as far as the terminus “ETH Hönggerberg”Journey time: approx. 25 minutes.
ZurichCARD
We suggest buying a ZurichCARD 72h as a train ticket. The ZurichCARD allows you to travel free within Zurich (zone 110, which contains ETH Hönggerberg) as well as to Zurich airport.

Car parking at ETH Hönggerberg
There are two public car parkings garages: HPC and HIGIn the HPG and HIG parking garages, you will need to purchase a parking ticket from the ticket machine.
