5th Swiss-Sino Workshop Fundamental and Applied Researches Using Large Facilities

Scope
As previous meetings, this joint workshop will serve as a platform for the institutional partnership on the ongoing scientific activities of correlated electron systems, electronic and magnetic properties at surfaces/interfaces, multifunctionality in magnetic ferroelectrics, new materials in energy researches, functional devices etc…, as well as for creating synergy on long-term collaborations. Beside the IOP participants, we have also invited several distinguished scientists from Tsinghua University and Peking University, China. Programme The Chinese delegation will be here from 4 - 6 May 2015. The first two days are reserved for the scientific sessions and the last day will be used for a PSI visit/excursion.
