PSI has reserved hotel rooms for arrival January 19th until 24th, 2019. Participants are not required to make reservations themselves. Refunds for early departure can not be granted.
On registration you may confirm this date or indicate if you arrive earlier or depart later.
Kindly note that nights booked before or after this date, are for your own expense and you will have to pay these nights directly at the reception of the hotel.
However, accompanying persons are asked to contact us (winterschool@psi.ch) and can profit from a special rate.
Regarding the day at PSI:
Transportation to the Center for Proton Therapy at PSI in Villigen will be arranged.
