Aim of conference:

 

RAPTOR - LOOP REQUIREMENTS is the annual event organized within the framework of RAPTOR project, a A MARIE SKŁODOWSKA-CURIE INNOVATIVE TRAINING NETWORK (ITN). To learn more visit our website 

RAPTOR School: Loop Requirements, is the second of a series of 3 RAPTOR training events, specifically designed to educate a new generation of entrepreneurial and innovative scientists, who will have a long-term impact on advanced adaptive particle therapy (PT). The training events are planned to follow the professional development of young researchers and to provide the participants with strong interdisciplinary skills, in-depth knowledge and understanding of research questions, leading to efficient medical/clinical solutions.

The main objectives of the 2nd RAPTOR School “Loop Requirements” is to provide advanced scientific knowledge to translate and valorize ideas and concepts into novel clinical tools in order to increase the efficiency, cost-effectiveness and innovation capacity of the rapidly emerging PT field.

In addition to the technical and scientific classes, soft fundamental skills for entrepreneurship, intellectual property and certification management will be addressed.

How to register

All registrations for the RAPTOR - LOOP REQUIREMENTS  should be made through the online registration page.

To register to the event you must have an INDICO ACCOUNT.

You can create yours here . 

You will receive an email from INDICO to activate your account. We have noticed that sometimes the universities' email protection filters block the first INDICO email. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes of registering your account, we advise you to use your personal email instead of the institutional one.

Conference Fee is 250.00 Euros

The fee includes:

  • Access to Apero and Poster presentation
  • Access to Social Activity and Social Dinner
  • Lunches and coffee breaks

Please note that Accommodation is not included in the Fee, however RAPTOR has concluded agreements with facilities in the area. Refer to Accommodation page.

 

Disclosure Request

At the beginning of their presentation(s) faculty is requested to disclose to the audience any links with the industry related to the topic of their lecture. A link can be: being a member of the advisory board or having a consulting agreement with a specific company.

 

Photography & Filming

The RAPTOR - LOOP REQUIREMENTS organisers will be taking photos and doing some filming during and between sessions. If you would prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please let us know by sending an e-mail to: valentina.margaria@psi.ch
