1. Payment Policy Fees are in CHF Payment is due in full upon completion and return of the registration form. Due to limited conference space we advise early registration and payment by credit card to avoid disappointment. Payment includes accommodations, lunches, dinners, refreshments and detailed conference materials. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation. 2. Summer School Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy You may not substitute summer school participants without contacting us in advance. For any cancellations received in writing until July 31st, 2012, you will receive 100% of the contract fee back. No credit will be issued for any cancellations later than August 1st, 2012. Cancellations must be received per email or by fax to +41 (0)56 310 3131. If PSI cancels the school for any reason, you will receive 100% of the contract fee reimbursed. Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any circumstances. PSI is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation of a summer school. PSI shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency. Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, PSI reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. In order to enable an iCal export link, your account needs to have an API key created. This key enables other applications to access data from within Indico even when you are neither using nor logged into the Indico system yourself with the link provided. Once created, you can manage your key at any time by going to 'My Profile' and looking under the tab entitled 'HTTP API'. Further information about HTTP API keys can be found in the Indico documentation.
Additionally to having an API key associated with your account, exporting private event information requires the usage of a persistent signature. This enables API URLs which do not expire after a few minutes so while the setting is active, anyone in possession of the link provided can access the information. Due to this, it is extremely important that you keep these links private and for your use only. If you think someone else may have acquired access to a link using this key in the future, you must immediately create a new key pair on the 'My Profile' page under the 'HTTP API' and update the iCalendar links afterwards.
