The main aim of this mini retreat is to meet personally to see who is in LSC, what has changed and having a starting point for future discussions. It will be more an informal meeting rather than a scientific conference.
A specific focus will be the SLS dark-time and how we can use this time to further our projects, to assist SLS 2.0 and SwissFEL and to develop new ideas. The exchange with the controls section had to be postponed to a later date.
The first part is for group leaders only and the second is for everybody (including staff scientists, PhDs, postdocs, technicians, engineers, group leaders etc.). I hope that all can attend, however, the matrix work for the SLS 2.0 project and user support have priority.
This is not a virtual meeting, i.e. there will be no zoom link.
