General Assembly 2026 of the RELIANCE doctoral network

Dear RELIANCE network colleagues 

The next RELIANCE general assembly meeting is taking place from 28 - 30 January 2026 at the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI) in Villigen, Switzerland. The meeting is organised within the framework of the MSCA Doctoral Network RELIANCE.

The meeting includes the General Assembly as well as the Steering Board meeting, the Supervisory Board meeting, visits to the SLS/SwissFEL/SINQ and an Industry Session with Thermofisher. The following week the Winter school for the PhD students will be held, which requires a separate registration.

Preliminary programme

• Doctoral Candidates are required to participate in person for the full duration of the event. 
  
  
• Beneficiaries are encouraged to participate in person for the General Assembly.
  
  
• Associated Partners are encouraged to participate in person, but participation will also be available online. 
  
  
• Career workshop with the PSI Career Center
  
  
• Visit of Large Scale Facilities SLS 2.0, SwissFEL and SINQ: on Thursday 29 January afternoon.
  
  
• Workshop organized by Thermofischer:"effective technology transfer" on Friday 30 January all day.
