Reliance General Assembly and Thermofischer Workshop: Cancellation, postponement and substitution policy
You may not substitute event participants without contacting us in advance. You will be fully refunded for cancellations received in writing by latest 9 January 2026. Cancellation of a registration after the cancellation deadline will result in a cancellation fee of CHF 100. Cancellations must be made by email. If the organizers cancel the event for any reason, 100% of the fee will be reimbursed.
There are no refunds given under any circumstances. PSI is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation of the event. PSI shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event that this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to an event beyond our control, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, an event beyond our control shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency.

In case of dispute, Swiss law shall apply
