LED'26 is an invitation-only, in-person event. All workshop participants (including speakers) are required to submit a pre-registration form for the workshop in order to attend. The link for final registration will be sent upon the organisers' decision.
Workshop Fee
The participation fee is 150 €, which includes coffee breaks and the workshop dinner.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation and refund requests must be done by email to LEDS26@helmholtz-berlin.de (Workshop secretary) as soon as possible
The Local Organization Committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of parts or the total fee depending on the date of cancellation.
Each case of cancellation will be considered individually. In general, cancellations before March 6th 2026 can expect full reimbursement minus a 50 € administration fee,
