due to the generous support by the Swiss Society of Cristallography
The registration fee covers the participation at all sessions/exercises, 2-nights accommodation incl. breakfast, lunches and coffee brakes for 3 days and one joint dinner.
VISA
We do provide invitation or visa letters to anyone with a paid registration. Please send your request to pds2012@psi.ch
If the registration is cancelled, we will contact the embassy to revoke the invitation letter.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You will be fully refunded for cancellations received in writing latest by 31 October 2012. Cancellation of a registration after the cancellation deadline will result in a cancellation fee of CHF 30. Attendee substitutions are allowed and free of charge but notification must be made in writing by email to pds2012@psi.ch.
Registrants who fail to attend the Powder Diffraction School and do not notify the LOC are responsible for full payment.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due in full upon completion and return of the registration form. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation. Payments can be made either by credit card or bank transfer.
