There is an SBB railway station at the International Airport at Zürich-Kloten, with trains to Zürich main station. From there take a train to Brugg and public bus n° 376 from Brugg railway station to Villigen PSI.
From Basel EuroAirport
Take the bus line 50 to the railway station in Basel. From there you can take a direct train to Brugg and public bus n°376 from Brugg railway station to Villigen PSI
