All workshop participants (including speakers) must submit a workshop registration in order to attend.
Registration and fees
The registration includes the scientific program, welcome reception on Monday, lunches and coffee breaks on all days, Swiss Light Source tour at PSI and the social dinner at the Habsburg castle.
- The registration fee for the workshop is 450 CHF
- Accompanying persons at the welcome reception 40 CHF
- Accompanying persons at the workshop dinner 100 CHF

Bank transfer payment deadlines
We expect payment of the participants not later than 5 days after the deadline (early/regular registration).

Cancellation
All refund requests must be done by email to silvia.bacher@psi.ch as soon as possible. The Local Organization Committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or total of the fee depending on the date of cancellation. In general, cancellations until March 13th, 2026, can expect full reimbursement minus a CHF 50.- administration fee. Each case of cancellation will be considered individually.
Exclusion
Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, PAU R&I is unable to accept any registrations from any organizations based in Russia or Belarus until further notice. This applies to both individual and exhibitor/sponsor registration.
