Early registration fee
Participation at the workshop is at XXX CHF, including coffee and lunch breaks as well as the workshop dinner on Wednesday. The welcome apréro on Monday evening is also offered by the workshop.
You may join us for dinner at the XXX restaurant on Tuesday evening at your own expense.

We expect payment of the participants not later than 5 days after the deadline (regular/late registration).

Cancellation
All refund requests must be done by email to silvia.bacher@psi.ch as soon as possible.
The Local Organization Committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or total of the fee depending on the date of cancellation.
In general, cancellations until March 13th, 2026, can expect full reimbursement minus a CHF 50.- administration fee.
Each case of cancellation will be considered individually.
Exclusion
Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, PAU R&I is unable to accept any registrations from any organizations based in Russia or Belarus until further notice. This applies to both individual and exhibitor/sponsor registration.
